Colección de guías de arquitectura de ámbito urbano y territorial, planteada para divulgar el patrimonio arquitectónico de Andalucía, Iberoamérica, Marruecos y el Arco Mediterráneo, y realizada en colaboración con los Colegios Oficiales de Arquitectos de Andalucía y con organismos e instituciones de Iberoamérica y el Magreb.
La intención básica de la colección es fomentar el conocimiento y aprecio de la arquitectura de nuestras ciudades, no sólo la histórica, que suele gozar de consideración y protección, sino (sobre todo) la contemporánea, menos conocida y valorada.
El esquema de las guías combina una parte introductoria, en la que se analizan los factores históricos, urbanísticos y arquitectónicos que han dado forma a la ciudad o el territorio en cuestión, con una serie de recorridos arquitectónicos por los mismos. Prima en la ordenación de estas guías el criterio topográfico de visita sobre el cronológico.
El esfuerzo por crear esta colección de Guías digitales de arquitectura de Andalucía, Iberomérica y el Magreb se enmarca en la política de fomento de la arquitectura que desarrolla la Consejería de Vivienda y Ordenación del Territorio en Andalucía y en estos países, con los que nos unen también, más allá de los consabidos lazos históricos o estratégicos, los hilos conductores de una arquitectura compartida.

A través de ellas se pretende mostrar el rico patrimonio urbanístico y arquitectónico de las capitales provinciales, recogiéndose desde las presencias más antiguas hasta las intervenciones más recientes.
